Please fill out the form below to apply as a 2024 vendor for Valley of the Sun Juneteenth Celebration at Eastlake Park. Vendor booths are limited and on a first come first serve basis. The deadline is June 5, 2024; applications received after this date will not be accepted. You will be notified when your application is approved.
