Health & Wellness

Health is our utmost concern. Without a healthy community, we are unable to thrive. AZIF promotes health literacy in order to reduce healthcare disparities in the Black and African-American community.

Education & Literacy

AZIF sponsors and promotes educational workshops and outreach to the community, and especially youth. We award students scholarships and cultivate young voices who are interested in the journalism and media industries.

Arts & Culture

The arts provide us the opportunity to enhance our quality of life as well as to challenge how we will share our culture. AZIF provides culturally enriching events and programs and is committed to supporting Black and African-American artists.
